Honest Limits — what this fibre does badly
- The outer jute still sheds. The lining keeps the fibres off the contents, not off your hands.
- Sheds fibres for the first few uses. Not for fine knitwear.
- Weave density is uneven by nature; no two panels look the same.
- Carries a faint plant odour for the first few weeks.
None of the above is treated as a fault. Split seams, failed hardware, holes, dimensions off by more than ±3% and wrong items are, and they are refunded or replaced in full.
