Honest Limits — what this fibre does badly
- No closure. Cards are held by friction and will slide out if it is upside down.
- Water spots if soaked. Wipe it, do not submerge it.
- Grain, speckle and colour patches differ on every piece. Yours will not match the photograph exactly.
None of the above is treated as a fault. Split seams, failed hardware, holes, dimensions off by more than ±3% and wrong items are, and they are refunded or replaced in full.
