Honest Limits — what this fibre does badly
- Sheds fibres for the first few uses. Not for fine knitwear.
- Weave density is uneven by nature; no two panels look the same.
- Carries a faint plant odour for the first few weeks.
- Creases. That is the fibre, not a defect.
- Undyed canvas yellows slightly in sunlight over months and does not go back.
None of the above is treated as a fault. Split seams, failed hardware, holes, dimensions off by more than ±3% and wrong items are, and they are refunded or replaced in full.

Care
- Brush loose fibres off rather than washing.
- Spot clean with a barely damp cloth.
- Do not machine wash — the weave will not recover.
- Air dry flat.
Safety and suitability
Jute is a plant fibre and carries a faint plant odour when new. If you have a known plant-fibre sensitivity, handle this bag with care.
The drawstring and the long adjustable strap are strangulation risks for small children. Not suitable for under-threes.
